Every website runs on software that changes all the time: WordPress, plugins, and the server underneath. Skip the upkeep and small problems turn into broken pages or security risks. That’s why care is part of every project from day one.

I host the site, keep it updated and backed up, fix anything that breaks, and answer your questions.

Then you choose

Take the site on your own, or stay with me on a care plan. I’ll check in a month before your first year ends.

Bigger projects

Full Care covers upkeep, and Care + Growth adds monthly hours for changes. Anything beyond that, like a redesign, new features, moving lots of content, or fixing problems that start outside the site, is its own project. I’ll send an estimate first, or bill the work at $110 an hour, and nothing extra starts without your OK.

Is the first year really included?
Yes. Hosting, updates, backups, fixes, and support for the first year are part of every website project, so there’s nothing extra to pay while your site settles in.
What happens when the first year ends?
I’ll reach out a month before to talk it through. You can take the site on your own, or keep going on any of the plans above. No pressure either way.
If I take the site on my own, is it really mine?
Yes. You get the full site, its files, and every login. I’ll help you move it to your own hosting and answer questions for 30 days after.
Can you look after a site you didn’t build?
My care plans are made for the sites I build, so I usually suggest starting fresh with a new one. Every site is different, though, so reach out and tell me about yours.
Can I switch or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can move to a different plan at the start of any month, or cancel with 30 days’ notice. Yearly plans are refunded for the months you don’t use.
